Why is the price in my contract different to the one on Check24?
Your Check24 discount is added to your account as a credit and is subtracted from your future monthly payments. You only pay the remaining amount. If you have legal insurance, this discount is valid for one year. For contents or liability insurance, your discount is valid for three years.
Here's a specific example: The regular price for your liability insurance is €60 per year (this is the price in your insurance policy). The discounted price on Check24 is €50. In this case you would receive €10 credit from us at the start of each year for a period of three years. Because of this credit, you would pay nothing in the first two months of each year.
Why can I only pay monthly and not yearly?
In order to stay flexible, we are unfortunately only able to offer monthly payment at the moment. This is the only way we can offer our customers the right to daily cancellation, for example. We are, however, planning to offer annual payment at some time in the future.
How can I update my customer profile?
You can update personal details, like your email address and telephone number, in the "Profile" section of the app. Simply click on "Edit profile", directly under your name, and then "Edit" in the top-right corner of the screen. Your updated details will be automatically sent to our system so that we have the correct information.
