Withdraw contract

You can cancel your contract within the applicable cancellation period. The length of this period may vary depending on the insurance product and is specified in the cancellation notice you received with your policy documents. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation.

If your insurance coverage has not yet started, you will receive a full refund of your premium. If coverage has already begun, we will refund the portion of the premium that relates to the period after your cancellation takes effect.

Any refund will be made no later than 30 days after we receive your cancellation request.
